Terms and Conditions of Use
Your use of this Tiny Eyes web site
implies that you have read and agreed to the terms described here.
The Tiny Eyes web site is not a substitute for professional medical
advice! Your baby should be seen by a qualified pediatrition.
Your use of the Tiny Eyes site is at your own risk. We
make no warranties or representations as to its accuracy and
specifically disclaims any liability or responsibility for any errors
or omissions in the content on the site. Neither we nor

punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, or inability
to use or access, the Site.
The images generated by the Tiny Eyes simulator are for demonstration
purposes ONLY. We can not guarantee the accuracy of the
simulation. Many factors prevent the Tiny Eyes simulation from
being truely representative of how your baby sees the world, including,
but not limited to:
- Incorrect assumptions: while the Tiny Eyes simulation is based on sound
scientific data, there are logical and empirical limitations to what can
be known about how another person's perception. In creating the Tiny Eyes
simulation, we filled in these knowledge gaps with our own assumptions
about how babies see the world. These assumptions may simply be wrong.
- Individual variability: each baby is unique, and the simulation
demonstrated here is based on data averaged across many babies.
- Display variability: The exact colorimetric balance of the simulated
images is compromised by differences that exist between our display devices
and your own.
